KAIN!

This week was crazy, and we got like no work done because it was just busy(we did get work done just not as much as I would've liked). Such is life in the mission field though. 

We had this awesome activity at the church for International Family Day, and of course the church is all about families, so we went all out. We had a procession, where we(missionaries and members) marched around central wearing white shirts. We then a ton of activities: Zumba, basketball, plush making, and eating food with our hands(video later). And to top it off, a magic show from one of our members. His family runs a magician/clown dynasty here in Iriga, it's actually really cool. So that was fun, most of pictures this week are from that. Everyone from Iriga Zone was there, so it was really fun. (Shawn's note: we think the International Family Day is called Kain)

 

We also had our Zone conference this week, and it was a tri-zone conference, so it was cool to see all the other missionaries, and I got to see most of my batch mates again. We of course got some good food, and some better lessons. And we got to go to Naga which is always fun, cause it's the "big city" here. 

 

We didn't have a ton of people come to church this week, but the one guy that did come was our PBD, and he's really astig(cool, awesome, dope, ect.). His brother is our recent convert, so it's cool to be introducing more of his family members to the gospel. Besides that though, just doing the normal missionary work, seeing people, or trying to see people. We been meeting with some really cool families lately and hope to see them start progressing in the coming weeks. Until next time though!
