Christmas! The rainiest time of the year!
(If any of you know Tagalog, please let us know what he's saying in some parts of this. We're pretty sure that he doesn't know he's writing in Tagalog when he emails. That's a good thing, right?)
As you all know it's Christmas! Though it doesn't feel like it because i'm trying no to die from heatstroke, but such is life in the Philippines. It's rained even more this week, and we had a ton of flooding. So most of hiking to appointments involved wading through rivers, which was fun(and sketchy). Also we have a river flowing through our house, because our roof is leaky. Anyway, let's get into the week!

So early this week, our District leader and his companion pumunta sa Goa (outside our zone, so major Bawal). So our District got called sa meeting kay President Zapanta, which was a terrifying experience to sinasabi ng least. It also took up half our day because we had to got pumupunta sa Naga and back (Dalawa oras round trip).
Wednesday we had exchanges sa Ocampo, alin is palagi astig, dahil area sila ay sobra malaki, so it's cool to go around and see their area and the people they teach. I also met this sobra astig bata that helped me learn lahat and colors in Tagalog.
Thursday was our Christmas Conference, which was interesting because we had it with two iba zones. So we got to see a lot of people. We learned about the gathering of Israel, and how the work is most critical na, as the latter days come to a close. So it was cool to have that.
Besides that we don't have much else, because of the events this week, we haven't had a ton of time to meet with our investigators. Most of them are gone anyway because of the Christmas Season. But guess what! You guessed it, none of our investigators came to church. Again. I'm not entirely sure kung paano to fix that pa. Pero, Me at aking Kasama are doing the best we can (which is strech dahil neither one of us can nagsasalit sa Tagalog Effectively. We trying our pinaka mabuti though.
I also get to call aking pamilia bukas, which i'm sobra exited for! It will be fun to talk to them muli.
I love you all, Merry Christmas!
All is Well
